I didn't get my sign-in code

Check the number you typed, wait a minute, and ask for a new code. If it still does not arrive, write to us.

How do I stop the morning texts?

Reply STOP to any of them, or turn them off in the app's menu.

I have a question about my recovery

Call your surgeon's practice. We cannot answer medical questions, and we do not read replies to our texts. In an emergency, call 911.
